Dear Summer Mission Team,
We are excited about this summer. Each week is booked with teams coming to bring Vacation Bible Schools, Revivals, Construction
workers, etc.
We need to verify the information for your group. Please provide or verify the following information:
- Arrival data and time
- Departure date and time
- Approximate number of people in your team(Male, Female)
- Area of ministry (VBS, Revival, Youth Ministry, Construction, Skits, Drama, Music, etc.)
Due to shortage of staff at CFAN, we are asking that each team:
- Bring people to cook and people to clean
- Provide all transportation and drivers
- Bring teachers for each age group you plan to minister to
- We encourage you to assign duties for your team. A sample duty list is enclosed.
During meal time, CFAN staff members will be joining your team.
We have services on Tuesday night at the Fran Roland Building at 7:00. We would like for someone from your group to be responsible for
sharing the word and/or sharing special music. The dress is casual.
Our meal on Tuesday night will be at 5 pm due to the service. The kitchen will need to be cleaned and chairs will need to be set up as well.
